Wedding Photographer Cardiff

Wedding photographer Cardiff

As part of the design of our top selling iphone app for wedding photographers worldwide we wanted to include and show off some of the best aspects of working as a wedding photographer Cardiff. With it being the capital city and with a host of venues meant that some of the images from the wedding of Sharon and Johnathan which we shot in the grounds of Sophia Gardens would be included. Sharon and Johnathan were married at the Barcelo Anglel Hotel Cardiff in 2011. As well as these images we also included photos that show off Cardiff Castle in all its splendour. The comments and feedback we have had from other photographers around the world are that we are lucky to be able to work with such historic venues as Castles in Wales! Some American and Australian photographers would give their right arm to be able to shoot in such medieval surroundings! The photo of Maria that we used for the app also in Usk Castle has drawn a huge amount of comments also.

Dave suggested that we have the opportunity to show off South Wales wedding photography through this modern publishing method to the rest of the world. The success since the launch of the kit has been quite phenomenal. It has now sold in over 23 countries worldwide and we even outranked Instagram for a brief few hours one evening in the photography and video section of the app store!

Cwmbran Photographer | Flash Mob Video at Cwmbran shopping centre

Cwmbran photographer 2010 Flash MOB

As a Cwmbran photographer we are more often than not working at wedding venues every weekend and writing blogs on weddings! So we don’t usually have the time to get out as much as we’d like and shoot photo and video of different things. So I thought I’d blog about something completely different today which I dug out from the Kapow archives earlier this morning!

Just a stones throw from our Cwmbran Photographer main HQ ! back in 2010 was a crazy video we made of a flash mob in cwmbran town centre!

Organised via facebook by some students in Cwmbran. The mob assembled at twelve lunchtime as we recall in the square and it had been decided that all participants would “freeze” at the stroke of twelve! On hand from Kapow that day was Dave who had decided to video it! What is interesting is that not only students but old and young people all joined in. For those not in the know it all seemed a little strange! This crazy phenomenon all started in Japan. You may of seen videos of Zombie flash mobs on tv! Below is the video we made that day… we thought we’d share it : )
