As A Swansea Photographer, we were super excited to be able to shoot at Joes Ice Cream parlour this morning! Kelly and Nick our Bride and Groom for August 12th this year, made it all the way down from Newcastle for their engagement shoot just in time to be fed free ice cream for an hour! while I attempted a vintage ice cream parlour shoot for them. Their wedding at the King Arthur Hotel also has a vintage theme so it was important that I created some special memories for them today in Swansea.

Despite living and working in Newcastle, Kelly has planned for the wedding at home here in Wales, and with a traditional Welsh chapel for the ceremony of the wedding and she felt it important to have a local Swansea Photographer photograph her on her wedding day at the popular Gower venue.

Normally we tend to prefer not to edit photos in a complete theme, unless we are absolutely sure the client wants this. For this shoot however in Swansea we edited in cool blues, keeping with the summer vintage ice cream theme that Kelly wanted. Below are some of our favourites from the photoshoot…. Karl
